Gentle Home Designers and Architects is an architectural visualization firm based in Trivandrum, Kerala which helps in designing and drafting your dream home with a 3d experience.
We specialize in creating Contemporary, modern, classic, Indian, and Kerala style, Nalukettu, Vaastu based building designs. We also help you in acquiring building permits from corporation/Panchayats and Municipalities. We also prepere costruction and building estimates for acquiring bank loans etc.
Our works includes 2d building plan designing in AutoCAD and 3D Studio Max, Structural Glazing and Aluminium Clading design works, 2d and 3d floor plans, 3d Elevation, 3d exterior walkthrough, interior designs, Structural designing etc. Our expertise also includes in Site/Plot measurement, sketching and plot dividing, Location and Site maps, Building Rennovations-Exterior and Interior, Building Construction Supervision etc.
We also undertake Onsite building supervision. The Architect will prepare the necessary plans, drawings, structural details-specifications, Elevations etc and the materials to be used and the ratios. During the construction phase, the building supervisor will be responsible for monitoring construction to ensure all construction conforms to the contract documents.
