Urgently looking for Tele Sales Executive and Team Lead for an UAE based project based in Cochin, Kerala. Check below for the job responsibilities and job requirements:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Generating new sales opportunities.
Gathering information of requirements and active services of the leads generated.
Initiating sales with potential customers.
Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new telecom/ICT products.
Answering customers' questions on the products.
Meeting sales quotas.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Excellent communication skills.
Patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
Should be able to speak English & Hindi
Spoken Arabic language will be an added advantage
