I own Graphic Designing Company in the USA currently. I have a lot of clients in US, UK, Australia, Newzealand, Denmark etc. I am basically from Kerala - Mallapally so I am looking to hire a graphic designer from Kottayam/ Pathanamthitta district.
Job Description:
> We will provide reimbursement of monthly broadband internet connection
> You need to have a computer at home. We will provide a computer after 12 months of satisfactory working relationship
> You need to be an expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
> You need to have minimum basic Knowledge in Flash, Dreamweaver
> Knowledge in Adobe Indesign, Corel Draw, Adobe After Effects is a plus
> You need to be an expert in Web Design/ Development
> Knowledge in Joomla/ Wordpress is a plus
> You need to have good communication skills in English - need to atleast understand and interpret stuff and be able to communicate well
> You need to be able to work in flexible timings - sometimes upto 2:00 am IST.
> Your working hours will be flexible and will be 2 to 10 hours per day
> You need to have a phone and attend calls almost anytime
> You need to commit to a minimum of 2 years
> Once I return from the US, you will be working at our office which will be functioning in Mallapally. This is the main reason I am looking to hire from Kottayam/Pathanamthitta district
Your Benefits:
> Probation Period 1 - For the first 2 months, your salary will be Rs 2500 per month + Cost for internet connection (upto Rs 750 per month)
> Probation Period 2 - For the next 4 months (2 to 6 months), you monthly salary will be Rs 5000 + Cost for internet connection (upto Rs 750 per month)
> After 6 months, you will be confirmed as a permanent employee and your salary will have a hike based on your performance. The salary ar this point will be Rs 6, 000 to Rs 10, 000 per month based on your performance.
> You will tha have a yearly hike in salary of 10% to 35% based on performance.
> You will be joining as a Programmer Trainee. Appropriate promotions will be considered in the annual appraisal process based on your performance.
> All salaries are non-negotiable
