A well Established company in Qatar is looking for Personal Secretary cum Receptionist to the CEO for their operations.
The Incubement should be a female between the age of 21-30. Experience is not necessary but welcome. The details stated as below for the candidates reference.
• Attending and Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them Deputizing for the CEO making decisions and delegating work to others in the CEO’s absence;
• Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
• Arranging travel and accommodation and traveling with the CEO to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations
• Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
• Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
• Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the CEO
• Taking dictation and minutes;
• Carrying out background research and presenting findings;
• Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
• Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring that CEO is well-prepared for meetings;
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
In addition to supporting CEO, the team and departments, The candidate also have. Duties that may include:
• Carrying out specific projects and research;
• Responsibility for General accounts and budgets;
• Taking on some of the CEO’s responsibilities and working more closely with management;
• Being involved in decision-making processes.

Qualification:
The candidate should have good communication skills.
Salary
